Crockpot Ham, Green Bean, and Potatoes

An easy weeknight meal using the slow cooker and 4 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 can sliced potatoes
  • 2 cans green beans, drained we prefer no salt added
  • 8 oz pkg diced or cubed ham we prefer no nitrates or nitrates added

Instructions

  • All you have to do is dump all the ingredients in the Crockpot, and give it a stir.
  • If you want to cook it fast, put it on High for 2-3 hours. Just be careful the potatoes don't get dried and burned on the outside.
  • For all day, I will leave it on Low for up to 6-8 hours. If I'm at home, I will stir it occasionally to prevent the sides from burning.
  • After the time is up, give it a stir and serve!

Notes

We like to eat this with crescent rolls.  
Save leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days, but I don't recommend freezing.
